Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat oil in a pan.
Add rai/black mustard seeds to crackle.
* Step 2
Add chopped onion and saute for one min.
Add ginger-garlic paste, red chilli powder. turmeric powder,garam masala powder, and salt and saute for 3 - 4 mins.
* Step 3
Add chopped tomato and mix well.
Add green moong sprout and one cup of water.
* Step 4
Cover it and cook for 25 mins on a low flame.
Pour lemon juice and turn off the flame.
* Step 5
Garnish with sev, onion, and coriander leaves.
Heat butter in a pan.
Place the pav and cook for one min.
* Step 6
Serve the misal pav with raw onion.
