Spinach and potato soup

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat olive oil in a pressure cooker add garlic cloves,onion and potatoes and saute for few mins.
* Step 2
Add spinach leaves,coriander leaves and salt and cook for 4 - 5 mins.
* Step 3
Add one cup of water and cover the lid,after one whistle simmer the flame and cook for five mins.Turn off the flame.
* Step 4
Once cooled to add in the blender and make a paste
* Step 5
Take a pan add spinach puree,one cup of water and one cup of milk and bring to boil.
* Step 6
Once boiled cook for five mins,add black pepper and salt and mix well.
Serve hot.
