Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat oil in a pan,add asafoetida and tomato and saute for one mins.
* Step 2
Now add green chilli,ginger,green garlic leaves and saute for few mins.
* Step 3
Add coriander powder,red chilli powder,turmeric powder and water and mix well
* Step 4
Add finely chopped methi leaves,carom seeds,onion seeds and salt and mix well.
* Step 5
Cook for few mins and turn off the flame.
* Step 6
Now take a large bowl add wheat flour and fried methi leaves and make a dough.
* Step 7
Divide the dough into a ball and roll out paratha.
* Step 8
Grease some clarified butter and fold in a round shape and again roll it
* Step 9
Now on a heated pan place the methi tomato paratha and grease clarified butter both the sides
* Step 10
Serve hot with aloo bhaji
