Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Boil amla in pressure cooker with one cup of water..
* Step 2
After first whistle turn off the flame..
* Step 3
Heat clarified butter in a pan..
* Step 4
Add onion seeds,cumin seeds and fennel seeds..
* Step 5
Remove the seeds of the amla.
* Step 6
Now add amla pieces and jaggery and mix well.
* Step 7
Stir continuously until jaggery dissolves.
* Step 8
Add red chilli powder,garam masala powder and black salt and mix well.
