Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat date palm and two tbsp water in a pan on high flame.
* Step 2
Cook for 7 - 8 mins until jaggery syrup is thick
* Step 3
Add fresh grated coconut and mawa and mix well
* Step 4
Cook for 8 - 10 mins till thick consistency
* Step 5
Add cardamom powder and mix well.
* Step 6
Once cooled make a shape of ladoo.
