Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take a bowl add all purpose flour,cardamom powder,sugar powder and oi and mix well.

* Step 2

With the help of milk make a soft dough.

* Step 3

Keep aside for 30 mins.

* Step 4

Divide the dough into round balls.

* Step 5

Roll out dough into thick circles.

* Step 6

Cut the circle in 2 inch strips.

* Step 7

Slice a slot in the middle of each piece of strips.

* Step 8

Heat oil in a pan.

* Step 9

Deep fry in batches.

* Step 10

Sprinkle some powder sugar in it.
