100 gms

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Boil the milk in the gas.

* Step 2

.When it boiled add the lemon juice and cover the milk.

* Step 3

.After few mins milk fully curdled.

* Step 4

Strain the cheena in a muslin cloth and wash in a fresh water for 2 - 3 times

* Step 5

.Hung the cheena in a muslin cloth for half an hour

* Step 6

.Now we get soft paneer

* Step 7

We mash the paneer very well and make a soft and smooth dough.

* Step 8

Divide the dough in 12 equal size balls.Roll each balls between your palms.

* Step 9

.All the balls are made in the same way.

* Step 10

Now we take pressure cooker and add sugar.three cup of water,one cup khejur gur and also add the paneer balls.

* Step 11

Steam it.

* Step 12

When cooker release the whistle simmer the gas for ten mins.

* Step 13

Once cooled,we open the cooker lid.

* Step 14

The rasgulla should be floating on the syrup and it's size should be double.

* Step 15

Serve chilled.
