Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a bowl mix together semolina / suji,curd,turmeric powder,chat masala,garam masala powder,salt,green chilli, coriander leaves and all veggies with enough water for a thick consistency and leave it aside for half an hour.
* Step 2
Add eno fruit salt just before making handvo and mix well.
* Step 3
Heat oil in a non stick pan.
* Step 4
Add black mustard seeds and cumin seeds to crackle and add curry leaves.
* Step 5
Pour the semolina / suji batter and let it cook on the low flame and covered
* Step 6
Cook for 10 mins then flip over till golden brown and crispy.
* Step 7
Cook again for 10 mins till brown and crispy
