Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a large bowl add cottage cheese,boiled and mashed potato,onion,green chilli,coriander leaves,black pepper powder,corn flour and salt and mix well.
* Step 2
Divide the dough into equal size balls.
* Step 3
Shape each ball to flat patties of medium thickness.
* Step 4
Take a bowl mix all purpose flour and little water and make a thick batter.
* Step 5
Dip the cutlet into the all purpose flour batter and coat with bread crumbs.
* Step 6
Heat oil in a non stick pan.
* Step 7
Place the cutlet on the pan and shallow fry from both the sides.
