Punjabi samosa

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take all purpose flour/maida,clarified butter,carom seeds,onion seeds and salt an the mix well.
* Step 2
Make a crumb like texture.
* Step 3
Knead a soft dough and keep aside for 30 mins.
* Step 4
Boil potatoes and peel and crush them.
* Step 5
Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan.
* Step 6
Add cumin seeds to crackle.
* Step 7
Add matar/green peas and cover the pan and cook for 3 - 4 mins in a low flame.
* Step 8
Then add ginger garlic paste,green chilli,coriander powder,red chilli powder and turmeric powder and mix well.
* Step 9
Add boiled and crushed potatoes,salt and roasted cumin seeds powder and saute for one mins
* Step 10
Dont mash the potato completely just crumble it with hand.

Add cashew nuts and raisins and mix well.
* Step 12
Add coriander leaves and mix well.
* Step 15
Now roll a small dough just like chapati.
* Step 17
Apply water to half of cut shape it cones press it.
* Step 18
Stuff the potato filling.
* Step 19
Seal the edges of samosa.
* Step 20
Heat enough oil in a pan.
* Step 21
Place the samosa,lower the heat and fry till light brown
* Step 22
Serve hot samosa with tea.
