Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat the kadai with enough oil and deep fry chura and drain in paper napkin,keep aside.
* Step 2
Heat oil in a pan,add cumin seeds to crackle,add onion and fry till brown.
* Step 3
Add ginger garlic paste and saute.
* Step 4
.Add green peas and saute for 2 - 3 mins
* Step 5
Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder,salt and pepper and saute.
* Step 6
Add tomato and 1/2 cup of water on high heat for 3 - 4 mins then low heat.
* Step 8
Add fresh coriander leaves
* Step 9
Serve hot matar with chura
