Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash and soak biack gram for 3-4 hours.

* Step 2

Then drain black gram completely and grind coarsely.

* Step 3

Mix onion, coriander leaves, green chillies,besan and cumin seeds.

* Step 4

Heat oil in kadai shape each ball of medium thickness.

* Step 5

Deep fry in hot oil until golden brown in colour.

* Step 6

Flipping once in between.

* Step 7

Always cook in medium flame.

* Step 8

Drain extra oil in paper napkin.

* Step 9

Serve hot with tea.
