Pineapple raita

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Hung the curd in a muslin cloth for 2 - 3 hours and then prepare raita.

* Step 2

Beat the hang curd and add mayonnaise and cream.

* Step 3

Add olive oil,sugar,white pepper,salt and mix well.

* Step 4

Add pineapple cubes and mix well.

* Step 5

Serve chilled with biryani
