Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cut the edges of the bread.
* Step 2
Heat clarified butter in a pan.
* Step 3
Deep fry the bread slice until golden brown and strain it
* Step 5
Heat sugar and water in a pan.
* Step 6
Keep in medium flame for 8 - 10 mins.
* Step 7
Add saffron strands and cardamon powder
* Step 8
When it gets thick and two string consistency means syrup is ready
* Step 9
Soak the fried bread slice in the sugar syrup and place in a plate.

Heat milk in a heavy bottom vessel.
* Step 12
When it boils keep in a low flame
* Step 13
Add mawa/whole dried milk,saffron and sugar and mix well
* Step 14
When it gets semi thick, take out the one cup pf the semi thick milk.
* Step 15
And let boil the rest when it gets thick switch off the gas.
* Step 16
Pour the hot rabri over the bread and semi thick hot rabri pour in the side of the bread
* Step 17
Garnish with cashew nuts and raisins.
