Ingredient

2 cup

Raw rice

to taste

Salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Soak rice and sago together for 3 - 4 hours.

* Step 2

Boil rice with enough water in a pressure cooker.

* Step 3

Add cumin seeds,salt and baking powder.

* Step 4

When it gets boiled switch off the gas,

* Step 5

Now make a smooth dough.

* Step 6

Choose a plate with your choice of shape.

* Step 7

You can use machine star shape or clove shaped whole plate.

* Step 8

Spread a clean plastic sheet.

* Step 9

Fill and and press the rice dough

* Step 10

Squeeze into straight lines and and repeat the process to finish the rice.

* Step 11

Dry in sunlight or in fan.

* Step 12

The next day it will be fully dried.

* Step 13

But dried for 3 - 4 days fr safe side.

* Step 14

Store in container after it gets dried.

* Step 15

Fry in enough oil and grain in paper napkin.
