Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a mixing bowl add chopped coriander, green chilli, gram flour, ginger garlic paste, red chilli, turmeric, cumin,coriander, garam masala powder, salt, sesame, lemon juice & mix these dry ingredients well.
* Step 2
Then add required amount of water & make dough. Then shape the dough to a cylindrical shape or to your desired shape.
* Step 3
Then steam it for about 10-15 minutes.
* Step 4
Then cut them into pieces as shown
* Step 5
Heat oil in a pan then deep fry the vadis' till they turn crisp & golden brown from both sides.
* Step 6
And your delicious Kothimbir vadis' are ready to serve! Serve them hot with your desired chatni or sauce.
