Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Pehle aate mein namak aur required amount pani dalkar dough ready karke 10-15 minute dough rest karne rakhe.
* Step 2
Dal kuch ghante bhigoke rakhe, phir dal mein 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, water aur namak milakar dal boil karna hain. Boil k baad dal zyada mulayam nahi hona chahiye, thora sa dardara rahega.
* Step 3
Ab boiled dal mein chopped onion, ginger, coriander, green chillies, red chilly powder, coriander powder, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, zeera, lemon zest aur swadanusar namak daal kar acche se sab milaye.
* Step 4
Abhi same roti k process jese dough divide karke ready karlijiye. Ab ek dough ki lechi le, haato se press karke middle mein stuffing ki jaga banalijiye aur edges ko haato se dabake patla karlijiye.
* Step 5
Abhi ismein chana dal stuffing dal kar acchese dough close karke halke haato se round aur press karke dheere dheere belan se bel le. Ye process follow karke baki dough se parantha ready karlijiye.
* Step 6
Tawa garam karke ab ismein pehle parantha dono side se sek kar phir thora sa ghee/oil parantha pe daale taki ye acchi tarah se cook ho jaye.
* Step 7
Baas apka swadisht Stuffed chana dal parantha taiyar hain, garma garam serve kijiye makkhan k saath!
