Pumpkin Parwal Peel Bharta

#CookClick The thali consists of Moong Dal Khichdi, Hilsha fry, Pumpkin and Pointed gourd peel Bharta, Garlic Bharta, Dried fish Bharta, Lemon Chilli Bharta, Lentil Bharta, Potato Bharta.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Peel the Parwal & Pumpkin and wash the peel/skin of both properly. Rub bit of salt in the peels & boil them in small amount of water & with 1 chopped onion, 1 Green chilli.

* Step 2

When the water dries out & the mixture is boiled take them off from the stove.

* Step 3

Now take a pan in the gas stove, add 1 teaspoon of mustard oil, 2 red chillies, 1 chopped garlic, 1 chopped onion, 3 green chillies & saute for a while.

* Step 4

Now in this mixture, add the boiled peel, onion, green chilli mixture & stir for a while, saute & take it off from the stove.

* Step 5

Now take this mixture in a Silpatta/Blender add chopped coriander & finely paste/blend the mixture. Top it with red chilli & few drops of mustard oil & the delicious, healthy Pumpkin Parwal Peel Bharta is ready to serve!
