Crispy raw Banana fritters

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cut the bananas into thin slices and rub pinch of black pepper powder & pinch of salt in the slices.
* Step 2
Take a bowl and put gram flour, rice flour, turmeric powder, black pepper powder, roasted cumin, coriander, red chilli powder, salt to taste, water as required & make a thick batter.
* Step 3
Now take a fry pan in the stove in medium heat, put oil in it & when the oil is heated, adjust the stove to low heat, now dip the banana slices in the batter one time each & deep fry them.
* Step 4
Serve the hot fried yummy Crispy raw Banana fritters with tomato ketchup or with your favourite chutney.
* Step 5
Note: The raw banana fritters absorb minimum amount of oil & so it is not required to put it in a tissue paper in order to absorb extra oil.
