hung curd

2 tablespoons

green chutney

3 tablespoons

roasted gram flour

to taste

Salt

1/2 teaspoon

chilli flakes

1/2 teaspoon

Italian seasoning

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take a vessel boil the water, pour potatoes, cover and cook for 15 minutes

* Step 2

After 15 mins check with a knife if cooked or not keep aside.

Take a bowl add hung curd, green chutney, roasted gram flour.

Add salt, chilli flakes, Italian seasoning

* Step 5

Add potatoes, bell peppers mix with hands and cover and rest for 30 minutes.

* Step 6

After 30 minutes heat a pan add oil and put the potatoes and bell peppers, grill all sides

* Step 7

Arrange all potatoes and bell peppers in a saute sticks serve with sauce and salad enjoy.
