Tomato soup

Ingredient

2 cloves

garlic

sugar (optional)

1/2 cup

water

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a pressure cooker add all the ingredients except cheese or coriander

* Step 2

After one whistle mix with hand mixer and sieve in a vessel

* Step 3

Pour into serving bowl and garnish with coriander and cheese

* Step 4

U don't need butter,it is very healthy
