Boiled Yam and pepper soup

Ingredient

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Peel the yam, wash it and put inside the pot and add salt and Allow it to boil, until it is soft. Drain the water and cut into Small pieces

* Step 2

Grate the peppers,tomatoes and onions, in a pot add 2tbsp oil and add the grated pepper and saute, add garlic and ginger paste to it, add a little water and add the left over chicken. And allow it to simmer for 10mins.

* Step 3

Off the heat it's ready to enjoy 😋😋
