Yam balls II
Breakfast idea, sometimes you will b wondering what to prepare for breakfast to your family. #kano state
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Peel off the yam and cut into small sizes, wash and put in a clean pot, add a pinch of salt and cook till soft.
* Step 2
Mashed the yam, add grated scotch bonnet,seasoning, spive, chopped onion and mixed everything well.
* Step 3
Rub little oil on ur clean palm and cut a little portion of the mixture and start making the desired shape, I added my prepared minced meat in the center and shaped it and keep aside. Repeat till u finish the yam mixture.
* Step 4
Break the eggs in a clean bowl and whisk and set aside, put the bread crumb in another bowl and set aside. Put a pan add oil to it on medium heat and allow to b hot, deep the yam balls in the egg, then in d bread crumb and then fry both side till golden brown.
