Plantain,egg and chicken
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Peel the plantain and cut into any shape of your choice,add a little salt to it and fry it, keep it aside
* Step 2
Break the 2 eggs, add ur chopped tomatoes and pepper and onions to it and half a cube of maggi to it. Fry it but scramble it and set aside
* Step 3
For the meat, wash and boil it. Add ginger, garlic and maggi and salt to it.when it boils. Set a frying pan and fry the meat.
* Step 4
Chopped pepper, onions and deep fry it. Add little maggi to it and curry and add the fry meat to it and add ur chopped green pepper allow to simmer for 3 mins. Once it is done off the fire and serve all.
* Step 5
Its ready, enjoy with tea or chilled drink
