Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat milk and boil on low flame.

* Step 2

Make paste of soaked rice.

* Step 3

Add rice paste in milk.

* Step 4

Add almond powder and mix.

* Step 5

Stir continuously cook till thick add sugar and mix.

* Step 6

Chop rasgulla and add in phirni.

* Step 7

Add cardmon powder.

* Step 8

Keep in freeze.

* Step 9

Top with rasgulla and garnish with almonds and pista.

* Step 10

Serve cold.
