Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take ghee and sugar in a bowl
* Step 2
Cream them then add flour and cocoa powder and cardamom powder
* Step 3
Mix all of them and combined them like dough
* Step 4
Preheat oven and divide dough in equal parts
* Step 5
Make balls and press a little
* Step 6
Bake for 20 to 25 min. at 180 degree
* Step 7
Our nankhatai is ready cool it and serve
