#dhokla Is dhokla ko maine sabjiyon ke rang daal kar banaya hai koi bhi rang use nahi kiya hai isliye yey bahut hi tasty or healthy bana hai

Ingredient

1 cup

suji

1/4 cup

besan

1 cup

curd

1 tsp

salt

1 tbsp

sugar

1 tbsp

oil

1/4 cup

beet puree

1/4 cup

carrot puree

1/4 tsp

haldi

1 packet

eno

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Suji or besan ko ek bowl mein mix kar lenge

* Step 2

Namak,sugar and oil mila kar dahi daal denge

* Step 3

Aur mix karenge

* Step 4

Subhi subjiyon ki puree bana lenge

* Step 5

Ghol ko barabar bhaghon mein baant lenge

* Step 6

Subhi rangon ki puree ek ek kar ke bante hua ghol mein mila lenge

* Step 7

Har rang ke ghol mein namak or 1/2 tsp eno mila lenge

* Step 8

Dhokla tray ko oil se grease karenge

* Step 9

Aur ek rang ka ghol daal kar dusara daalenge

* Step 10

Isi tarah subhi rangon ke ghol ki parat bana lenge

* Step 11

Ek rang waise hi chod denge steamer mein 20 min.tak paka lenge

* Step 12

Pak jane par thoda thanda kar ke kaat lenge

* Step 13

Tadka bana kar dhoklon par daal denge

* Step 14

Til aur dhaniya pati se saja kar serve karenge
