#Fun with flour Today I bring recipe of oats idli this is very very healthy,tasty and nutritious. As will all know oats are very healthy.

Ingredient

Food ration :

4 servings
1/2 cup

rice flour

To taste

Salt

1/2 tsp

baking soda

1 sachet

eno

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take all flours in a bowl

* Step 2

Add 2.5 Cups of water

* Step 3

Whisk finely to avoid lumps.

* Step 4

Add salt and let it set for 30 mins.

* Step 5

Grease idli moulds and pour the batter in the moulds.

* Step 6

Cook in steamer for 20 mins.

* Step 7

Let them cool a little.

* Step 8

De mould and serve with sambhar and coconut chutney
