Today I bring recipe of oats idli this is very very healthy,tasty and nutritious. As will all know oats are very healthy.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take all flours in a bowl
* Step 3
Whisk finely to avoid lumps.
* Step 4
Add salt and let it set for 30 mins.
* Step 5
Grease idli moulds and pour the batter in the moulds.
* Step 6
Cook in steamer for 20 mins.
* Step 8
De mould and serve with sambhar and coconut chutney
