We all love dhokla this tricolour dhokla is very pretty tasty and delicious
Ingredient

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take suji and curd in a bowl and mix them
* Step 2
Add salt,haldi and green chilli paste
* Step 3
Add oil and water mix all of them keep covered for 1/2 an hour
* Step 4
Devide this battar in three parts
* Step 5
Add Orange colour in one part and green in second
* Step 7
Add eno in orange part and pour this in dhokla plate cook it for 5 min.in steamer
* Step 8
Till then add eno in white part and pour this mix upon orange part and cook again for 5 min.
* Step 9
Till then add eno in green part
* Step 10
And pour this upon white cook in steamer
* Step 11
When it cooked let them cool and unmould
* Step 12
Till then make tadka by adding all ingredients
* Step 15
Garnish with coriander leaves
