Ingredient

1/2 tbsp

ghee

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat ghee and add suji

* Step 2

Roast it till pink

* Step 3

Add milk and chopped choclate

* Step 4

Turn off gas and let choclate melt in hot milk

* Step 5

Add sugar and mix finely

* Step 6

Now again put on gas and add coconut powder

* Step 7

Stir finely till mixture become thick

* Step 8

Then add vanilla and let it cool

* Step 9

Devide in three parts

* Step 10

Add green in one part and orange in other part

* Step 11

Take green part and flatter it equally on plastic sheet

* Step 12

Then take white part and put it upon green part and set it equally upon green

* Step 13

In same way put orange part upon white

* Step 14

Take cookie cutter and cut in desired shape

* Step 15

Add silver foil and garnish with almond flakes

* Step 16

Our tricolour buri is ready.
