Pancit Sotanghon
This is my favorite noodle. I'm glad I finally took the time to learn how to cook this! Enjoy!
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a large pot boil chicken meat until cooked then set aside both chicken and broth
* Step 2
Let it cool off then shred chicken into strips and set aside
* Step 3
Cut all vegetables and set aside
* Step 4
Take chicken broth and place noodles and simmer for 10 minutes
* Step 5
Drain noodles and save chicken broth then set aside noodles and broth
* Step 6
Take a pan or wok, pour oil and heat then sauté garlic and onions
* Step 7
Add chicken and pork and sauté for 5-7 minuted
* Step 8
Add bell pepper, cabbage, and carrots and cook for 3-4 more minutes then set asise
* Step 9
In a different pot or wok pour in chicken broth and boil then add chicken bouillon cubes and stir
* Step 10
Add salt and pepper for taste
* Step 11
Add soy sauce and oyster sauce and simmer for a few minutes
* Step 12
Mix everything thoroughly and add cooked noodles and vegetables
* Step 13
Garnish with green onions and serve with calamansi or lemon! Enjoy!
