Cinnamon Pecans

It is Pecan Harvest Time here in Georgia. This is one of my favorite fall snacks to make. Also, good in oatmeal for a filling breakfast. #GoldenApron23

Ingredient

Cooking time :

1 hour
8-10 oz

pecan halves

1 tsp

water

2 tablespoons

cinnamon

1/2 cup

brown sugar

Pinch

salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Mix sugar, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt. Add to egg and water mixture and stir. Cover pecans

* Step 2

Bake for 30 minutes at 225 degrees. Remove from oven and stir. Add them back to the oven for 30 minutes.
