Persian halvah
Halva is one of the classic and traditional sweet and dense dish/dessert. Halva means sweet and made in Iran, countries around the Persian gulf and many other countries. It’s easy to make and tastes delicious. Halva makes it’s presence in special occasions. In my today post I have used semolina instead flour.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a big pot with water, add sugar.

Once started boiling add vanilla essence and remove from the heat.

Heat the butter with oil in a pan, melt the butter. Pour the semolina and stir until roasting. Just getting dark color, pour the cold syrup. Just,

* Step 9
Stir until semolina and the syrup mix well and become dense.
* Step 10
Put some halva into a mold, and add some mascarpone cheese and cover the top with halva again. Or serve it plain and give a shape to the plate of halva.
