Tomato quiche
This recipe is our dish for weekends. Very tasty, easy and quick to make.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Preheat the oven to 160 C. For the pastry, put the flour into a bowl, add butter and salt.
* Step 2
Mix together with your hand. Sprinkle with cold water. Knead the dough with hand for 5 minutes.
* Step 4
Roll the pastry out to line of the tart tin and refrigerate 40 minutes.
* Step 5
Then Pour milk over the pastry.
* Step 8
Then add shredded cheddar cheese,
* Step 9
Cover with slices of tomatoes and season with salt - pepper and thyme powder.
* Step 10
Bake for 40 minutes until the mixture has set and the top is golden. Leave in the tin for a few minutes before serving.
