Capsicum Subzi and Rice kheer

LUNCH RECIPES-(from left to right 1 row- masala lassi (in tumler), coconut chutney, carrot salad, #capsicum subzi, fruit salad, dalvada, sugar poli)

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash and cut capsicum, heat the oil in pan, crackle cuminseeds, add cut capsicum pieces and saute untill they are soft. Add asafetida, termeric and close lid for two minutes cook. Then add salt lemon juice, coconut, coriander and mix well. Capsicum subzi is ready
* Step 2
Heat the ghee in a pan ghee roast dry fruits and add milk. Once it boils add cooked rice and cardamom and boil fir two minutes. Rice kheer is ready.
