Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Keep all ingredients ready. Make dough using dough ingredients. Let it rest for 15 minutes. Make small balls.
* Step 2
Heat 2 tsp of oil in pan, roast, cumin, coriander seeds, fennel, add asafoetida, salt, garam masala, red chili powder, besan and roast well. Add soaked and crushed moong dhal, pepper powder, mix well. Turn off flame, allow to cool and make small balls-kachori filling is ready.
* Step 3
Fill the madia balls with kachori filling, close it and flatern it by hand. Heat the oil in kadai. Deep fry kachoris on both sides. Kachoris are ready.Transe to serving plate. Enjoy with sweet and hot green chutney.
