Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Keep all ingredients ready. Burn brinjal on stove on sim heat. When it is cooked turn off heat. Allow to cool.
* Step 2
Prepare tadaka with oil, mustard and dried spice chillis. Remove outer skin of cooked brinjal gently. Add onionion salt, curd, coriander -mix well and give tadaka. Brinjal Raita is ready.
