Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Keep all ingredients ready. Mix basen flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, lemon juice and add water to mix, stir well to make dhokla batter.
* Step 2
Grease the 'dhokla steaming' plate with oil. Trase the dhokla batter to plate. Put babycorn, tomato and coriander pieces as toppings on dhokla. Steam it in cooker for 10minutes in medium flame. Turnoff heat. Open cooker lid after two minutes.
* Step 3
Remove dhokla carefully from plate and trase it on serving plate. Sprinkle pepper and oregano powder and load some tomato ketchup.
* Step 4
Cut into pieces. Enjoy hot Dhokla pizza.
