Greens and protein sabzi.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Chop the dill bunch leaves it in water for sometimes. Soak moon dal for 20 minutes.
* Step 2
Heat the oil in a pan, season with mustard, turmeric, add green chillies, onions and fry till they turn brown, add washed and chopped dill leaves, sauté and cook on sim heat. Once cooked add salt and soak moong dhal, mix well. Turn off heat. Dill leaves sabzi is ready to eat.
