Mustard

2 tsp

Peanuts

1 tsp

Keep all ingredients ready.

Heat the oil in a pan, season with mustard, peanut, cumin seeds, add temeric, green chilli's, onion and tomato, sauté on sim heat until they become soft. Soak puffed rice for a minute in water, drain and squeeze puffed rice till water goes, add it to the pan.

Put lemon juice, coriander, and salt, mix it well. Turn off heat. Transe to serving plate. PUFFED RICE UPMA IS READY TO EAT.
