Heat the oil and deep fry all papads.keep them aside. Mix chopped onions, coriander, tomato, grated mango, chilli powder, salt and crushed finger papads well, now papad masala mix is ready. Sprinkle the masala mix on round flat papads. MASALA PAPAD is ready to eat.
