#indiankitchen #28march2019 #Taste of Malabar. Avial is cooked in using coconut oil and veggies. It is a curd based recipe too.

Ingredient

Ginger

1 cup

Curd

1/2 cup

Coconut oil

1 tsp

Salt

1/4 tsp

Asafetida

1 cup

Water

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Keep all ingredients ready. Cook the vegitables in cooker by adding one half cup of water.

* Step 2

Grinde coconut, coriander leaves, ginger and green chillis in mixer with half cup of water.

* Step 3

Heat the coconut oil in a pan, season it with musterd, asafetida. Add cooked vegitables saute well. Add grinded coconut coriander mix, curd, salt and rermeric (optional). Mix well on sim heat turn off heat. #AVIAL is ready to serve.

Transe Avial to a serving tray/bowl.
