Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Peel and slice the potatoes
* Step 2
Then grate your onion and garlic cloves
* Step 3
Add chillie powder and salt and mix well
* Step 4
Then take one slice add 1 teaspoon of onion mixer add another slice on top
* Step 5
In a bowl mix flour, salt, turmeric and chopped mints
* Step 6
Add water slowly until u get the consistency you desire I used almost 1 cup of water whisk well to fine paste
* Step 7
Heat your oil in midium then take the slices add in the flour paste by holding well and coat well
* Step 8
Then add to the cooking oil and let turn the colour u like and take it out
* Step 9
Let drain the remaining oil on kitchen paper and enjoy
