Chicken Liver with potatoes
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat Butter, add Bay leaf, cinnamon stick and stir fry the Onion until soft.
* Step 2
Add chicken liver, salt and pepper. Cook on medium heat till liver turns brown and juices start to appear.
* Step 3
Add chicken stock and fried potatoes. Always keep your liver juicy. Don't dry them out.
* Step 4
Dissolve the flour in one cup water and add to the pan. simmer till liver is set.
* Step 5
Serve hot with vermicelli Rice.
