Rice salad

Simple, delicious, easy to prepare n cook and it takes little time.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Add onions in hot oil and cook till golden brown.

* Step 2

Add water twice the amount of rice and bring to boil.

* Step 3

Add rice and allow to cook till all water evaporates.

* Step 4

Once the rice is ready, set aside.

* Step 5

In another sufuria, boil the peppers for 1 minute.

* Step 6

Drain the water and mix the peppers with the boiled rice.

* Step 7

Serve warm with the stew of your choice.
