Gobhi Paratha

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take wheat flour and salt in a bowl, add water and knead a smooth dough. Cover and keep for 20 minutes.
* Step 2
In a pan add oil, add grated cauliflower and saute, then add green chillies, cumin powder, red chilli powder, garam masala powder and salt and mix well. Stuffing is ready
* Step 3
Take a small ball from the dough, flatten it and dust with flour. Roll out in a circle of 4 inch diameter. Place a tablespoon of filling in the middle and then join the edges together. Dust some flour and roll the paratha.
* Step 4
Take a tawa and heat it, put the paratha on it, cook one side partially and flip to other side. Now drizzle oil on both sides of paratha and cook till brown spots come on both sides. Serve hot with pickle or curd.
