Beetroot peanut burfi

#Win #Week5 Beetroot is a winter vegetable and I make a dessert using Beetroot puree, khoya and peanut.

Ingredient

Food ration :

500 gms

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a pan add khoya and stir it for 3-4 minutes.

* Step 2

Now add beetroot puree and sugar and mix properly, keep stirring till it starts thickening.

* Step 3

Add peanut powder and keep stirring till it becomes thick and start leaving the sides of pan. Add cardamom powder and mix.

* Step 4

Take a plate, Grease it, transfer the mixture to the greased plate, spread sesame seeds over it, keep in refrigerator for 20 minutes, cut into desired shape and serve.
