Peas pulao

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take the rice, wash it and soak for 10 minutes
* Step 2
In a pan add ghee, add whole spices, add peas, salt and turmeric powder and saute.
* Step 3
Then add 1 cup rice and mix, add 2 cups water and low the flame and cover and cook till all the water has been absorbed and rice grains become tender and fluffy. Serve hot.
