Beetroot paratha

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a bowl add wheat flour, ajwain, salt, cumin powder and coriander powder, mix all properly, then add grated beetroot and 1 tsp oil and add water and knead a smooth dough and rest it for 10 minutes.
* Step 2
Now make a ball sized from the dough, roll it into a paratha.
* Step 3
Heat a rava, place the paratha on it and cook for a minute, then flip the paratha and cook, apply oil on both sides, cook both sides properly, serve hot with pickle or raita or any sabji of your choice.
