This is a easy to cook recipe using mostly winter vegetables like carrot, peas, beetroot, cauliflower etc.
Ingredient

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds and asafoetida, then add all the vegetables and saute.
* Step 2
Then add salt, turmeric powder, coriander powder, sabji masala and sugar and mix properly.
* Step 3
Cover and cook on low flame till vegetables are cooked properly, lastly add coriander leaves.
* Step 4
Serve hot with roti or paratha....
