Mix vegetable

#ws1 This is a easy to cook recipe using mostly winter vegetables like carrot, peas, beetroot, cauliflower etc.

Ingredient

Food ration :

3 servings

Cooking time :

45 minutes
1/2 cup

green peas

1/2 tsp

asafoetida

1/2 tsp

sugar

to taste

Salt

2 tbsp

cooking oil

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds and asafoetida, then add all the vegetables and saute.

* Step 2

Then add salt, turmeric powder, coriander powder, sabji masala and sugar and mix properly.

* Step 3

Cover and cook on low flame till vegetables are cooked properly, lastly add coriander leaves.

* Step 4

Serve hot with roti or paratha....
